CANCELLATION POLICY

Late Fee: There is a strict 10 minute grace period. If you arrive 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, a new appointment must be booked. RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION FEE: You must reschedule or cancel 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Any reschedules in the 48 hour window will result in you having to book a new appointment. If you must reschedule, you must let me know your desired date/time within 24 hours as I do no not hold onto deposits. NO CALL/NO SHOW FEE: If you do not arrive 10 minutes post your appointment time, it's considered a no call/ no-show, and you will be charged 50% of your treatment. A cancelation within the 48 window will also be considered a no-show/no call. FEE/POLICIES: Please do not arrive with any makeup, tintes sunscreen, etc. You will be charged a $15 removal fee. There are zero refunds on deposits or products. CONSENT FORMS: Consent forms will personally be sent to you before your treatment. They must be completed 48 hours prior to your appointment. ~ I understand last minute things come up but please respect my time and business.
